We thank our clients for their trust and continued inspiration – without you, our existence would be pointless. We thank our employees for their contribution to building and developing MDDP. To those still on board and to those who have moved on in their professional careers but are still part of the great MDDP family – our Alumni.

It is thanks to the people who contribute to MDDP’s growth on a daily basis that we are where we are and look boldly and courageously into the future. 18 years means that we have accumulated a lot of experience. We are proud and happy to say that we have built one of the largest consulting companies in Poland. And we still have the courage to reach for the stars, to forge new paths, we still have the hunger to take on new challenges, including those that are not obvious.

MDDP Group

We have been going from strength to strength for the past 18 years. In 2004 there were 12 people working at MDDP Gropup. Today, our group is made up of almost 450 employees!

MDDP Experts

Today, in our daily work for our clients, we have a team of nearly 150 tax experts, including:
  • 41 tax advisers,
  • 8 attorneys at law,
  • 5 attorneys,
  • about 90 other professional staff.

More than 65% of our employees are women.

International expansion

We are an independent firm, which combines international experience and global standards with in-depth knowledge of Polish tax, legal and business environment. We conduct international projects using our Best Friends network, working closely and on a daily basis with the best consulting companies and law firms in Europe and in the world.

Legislative work

We are actively involved in creating good law at the national and European level. Each year, we participate in pre-consultations and consultations on key packages of tax changes. We submit our opinions, comments and proposals for changes so that the legislator has a better understanding of the positions of various groups of interest.

Cases before administrative authorities and courts

Over the last 18 years, MDDP experts have handled more than 7,500 cases before administrative authorities and courts!

We have also represented our clients in 4 proceedings before the CJEU!

Webinars and conferences

Since the beginning of the pandemic alone, we have hosted almost 150 hours of free webinars and conferences!

Our publications

During the 18 years of the company's life, MDDP experts have published nearly 30 professional books detailing the key issues for taxpayers in these areas.

Our offices

As of 15 December, MDDP’s office will be moved to a new location in the centre of Warsaw – the restored Jabłonowski Palace at 18a Senatorska Street.

Support for Ukraine

We offer free ongoing legal and tax advice to companies and organisations that engage in humanitarian assistance. We have also funded an academic scholarship for 30 Ukrainian children. And on Children's Day, 800 Ukrainian children received gifts from us.

Charity activities

We support initiatives close to our values. We act for the benefit of the local community, offering help to those in need and conducting pro bono cases.

We support, among others the Iskra Nadziei Foundation, the Awangarda Fundation, and the Pismo Foundation.

Concern for the environment

We take environmental issues seriously which is why we take real steps to reduce our carbon footprint and our negative impact on the environment.

We conduct educational campaigns and implement environmentally friendly solutions in our offices.
