The deadline for the implementation of Directive (EU) 2018/957 of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Directive 97/71 / EC on the posting of workers in the framework of the provision of services has already expired. In some countries, new regulations are already in place, while others are working on their implementation.
The new regulations mean significant changes for employers posting workers to other Member States, as well as employers posting workers to Poland. The Polish act implementing the new provisions into the domestic legal will enter into force on September 4th.
What changes have been made to the existing regulations? What new information obligations does the Directive introduce? How to follow the new procedures? What are the personal tax and social security obligations related to posting? How to account for benefits for posted workers?
These questions will be answered by experts from MDDP Michalik Dłuska Dziedzic i Partnerzy and MDDP Olkiewicz i Wspólnicy during the webinar “Posting of workers – new regulations – challenges for employers”, which will take place on September 16, 2020.
