Partner in MDDP’s transfer pricing team, which comprises nearly 50 specialists in this field.
Has been working in transfer pricing since 2001.
In working with clients from various market sectors, she focuses primarily on mitigating tax risks, including through:
- managing projects involving the preparation of complete and reliable transfer pricing documentation, including Local Files, benchmarking analyses, Master Files and TPR-C/TPR-P forms;
- providing expert support in processes aimed at securing intragroup settlements through advance pricing agreements (APAs);
- providing expert support during tax audits and proceedings concerning intragroup settlements, as well as during mutual agreement procedures (MAPs);
- providing comprehensive support in restructuring processes at various stages, from planning changes within capital groups to their implementation, including the preparation of appropriate restructuring documentation;
- developing transfer pricing policies and intragroup settlement models.
Provides ongoing tax advisory services in the area of transfer pricing.
Member of the Transfer Pricing Forum working group on the TPR Guide, operating under the Ministry of Finance.
Author of numerous industry publications and speaker at conferences and webinars on transfer pricing.
