Advises on matters related to establishing tax residency and in the area of PIT and social security (including on settlements concerning foreigners delegated to work in Poland and Poles delegated to work abroad).
Prepares monthly calculations of personal income tax advances and/or social and health insurance contributions and tax returns.
Prepares reports and opinions on the implementation of 50% deductible costs, as well as on the risk of qualifying a B2B contract as an employment relationship.
