Experienced strategic advisor with over 10 years of professional experience in valuation, financial modelling, and transfer pricing; Senior Manager within a team of more than 40 professionals – one of the largest and most highly awarded teams in this field in the Polish market.
Advises management boards and CFOs on key financial decision-making processes by providing business, transaction, and intangible asset valuation analyses.
Specialises in the valuation of companies, financial instruments (including loans, bonds, and guarantees) using international databases such as Bloomberg and LoanConnector, as well as intangible assets (including trademarks, technologies, and debt portfolios), and in the implementation of IP Box tax relief solutions.
Delivers transfer pricing projects covering the development of transfer pricing policies, benchmarking studies, and TP documentation, as well as restructuring projects within capital groups and advisory services related to the optimisation of intra-group settlement models.
Supports clients during tax inspections and audits, M&A projects, and corporate reorganisations – including advisory work for one of the largest taxpayers in Poland.
