Katarzyna Darska joins MDDP's Transfer Pricing Team as Partner
MDDP is expanding its group of partners. Katarzyna Darska, an expert with nearly 25 years of experience, is joining the Transfer Pricing Team. She will focus on expanding the client portfolio and supporting the delivery of complex projects for Polish and international capital groups.

Katarzyna Darska has worked in transfer pricing since 2001. She specialises in designing, documenting and safeguarding settlements between related parties, as well as mitigating tax risks associated with intragroup transactions. She has many years of experience providing comprehensive advice to clients across a wide range of market sectors. Her work focuses primarily on developing practical solutions that help organisations structure their intragroup settlements correctly, mitigate the related tax risks and prepare appropriately for potential scrutiny by the tax authorities. She leads projects involving the preparation of complete transfer pricing documentation, including in particular Local Files and Master Files, benchmarking analyses, and TPR-C and TPR-P transfer pricing information. An important part of her practice is supporting clients in securing intragroup settlements, including in advance pricing agreement proceedings. Katarzyna also has experience supporting businesses during tax audits and proceedings concerning settlements between related parties, as well as in mutual agreement procedures. Her experience also covers advice on restructurings within capital groups. She supports clients at each stage of such processes, from planning changes within the group and implementing them to preparing appropriate restructuring documentation. She also advises on developing transfer pricing policies and intragroup settlement models tailored to the specific operations and needs of individual organisations. She is a member of the TPR Guidance working group of the Transfer Pricing Forum operating under the Ministry of Finance. She actively shares her knowledge and experience as the author of numerous industry publications and as a speaker at transfer pricing conferences and webinars.
