International Tax Review nominations for the title of Transfer Pricing Practice Leader of the Year
We are pleased to announce that Magdalena Marciniak, Partner and Head of the Transfer Pricing Practice is the only Polish expert nominated by the prestigious International Tax Review as Transfer Pricing Practice Leader of the Year in the European Tax Awards 2020 contest! In addition to Magda, transfer pricing specialists from the Netherlands, United Arab Emirates and Italy are nominated in this category.
What is additionally noteworthy and makes us particularly happy is the fact that Magda is the only nominated expert from Central Europe.
Magdalena Marciniakis a reputed transfer pricing expert. At MDDP, she manages a practice of nearly 30 people – one of the largest and most awarded transfer pricing practices on the Polish market. She conducts projects with regard to documenting transaction flows in capital groups and the valuation of goods and services transactions between related entities. She manages projects regarding the restructuring of activities in capital groups with regard to functionality and optimization of the supply chain, development and implementation of the transfer pricing policy in capital groups and support in tax audits with regard to transfer pricing.She has unique experience on the Polish market in the preparation of applications for Advance Price Arrangements.She has extensive experience in advising clients from the real estate, automotive, financial or pharmaceutical businesses, e.g. in preparing transfer pricing documentation, reviewing transfer pricing documentation, conducting comparative analyses, and developing and implementing transfer pricing policies in capital groups.
She conducts workshops on preparing transfer pricing documentation and applying tax methods in transactions with related entities.
