MDDP advised on the sale of shares in Jupiter Integration to TKD Solutions

MDDP experts advised the founders and shareholders of Jupiter Integration on the sale of 100% of the company’s shares to TKD Solutions GmbH, a German technology services provider.

MDDP’s involvement included supporting the sellers on key financial and tax matters related to the preparation and execution of the transaction. The tax advisory work was led by Bartosz Głowacki, with support from Konrad Medoliński and Paweł Wyciślik. Łukasz Zabłocki, Partner and Head of MDDP’s Corporate Finance team, was responsible for advising on financial aspects.

Comprehensive legal support for the founders and shareholders of Jupiter Integration was provided by Osborne Clarke. The team was led by Tomasz Olkiewicz (Partner), with support from Aleksandra Sztajer-Modrakowska (Counsel), Karol Przemski (Associate), and Katarzyna Kwiek (Junior Associate) from the Corporate and M&A practice.
