Specialising in international tax law and corporate income tax.
She supports clients in the field of mandatory disclosure rules (MDR), preparation of MDR procedures and MDR reviews.
She advised on projects related to reporting the structure of real estate companies, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring of capital companies and group with an national and international range, withholding tax, verification of TCLT.
She participated in projects such as tax review and due diligence, including in the field of real estate tax and CIT.
She participated in tax audits and tax proceedings conducted by tax and customs offices, as well as in court proceedings (the Voivodship Administrative Courts and the Supreme Administrative Court).
She has experience in working for clients, e.g., real estate, oil and gas, photovoltaic, pharmaceutical and financial industries.
She assisted with the legislative process of the European Parliament concerning the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on establishment of a framework to facilitate sustainable investments (taxonomy).
She was a trainee at the Secretariat of the European Parliament’s Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs (ECON) and the European Banking Federation.
