His professional experience also includes participation in projects related to the tax aspects of reorganisation processes and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), both on a domestic and international level.
Supports clients in connection with cross-border payments in capital groups, within the proceedings regarding obtaining opinion on the application of preferences and the withholding tax refund.
Participates in due diligence reviews and tax audits.
