Transfer pricing expert.
She advises in the field of transfer pricing, starting from the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, creating a transfer pricing policy and its implementation, planning and giving opinions on the tax consequences of intra-group settlements, as well as consultancy in the field of business reorganization.
She has experience in the preparation of preparing benchmarking analyses and the so-called compliance descriptions for the various transaction e.g.: service, financial, licensing, as well as production and distribution transactions.
She participated in a the preparation local transfer pricing documentation for companies from various European countries based on local regulations in the area of transfer pricing.
She advises entities operating in various sectors, e.g. construction, real estate, financial, energy, automotive, transport, IT (related to the development of IT applications and systems, digital assets, or activities in the online space).
She has experience not only in compliance and consulting, but also in administrative and court-administrative proceedings regarding tax liabilities due to various taxes (she worked for 6 years in one of the leading Polish law firms in the tax proceedings department).
She conducts trainings and workshops for clients on the application of transfer pricing regulations in practice.
