- Tax law expert with over 10 years of experience in the field of income taxes and international taxation.
- Successfully advises Polish and foreign entrepreneurs on the implementation of investment processes, property transfers and reorganization of ownership structures and business financing structures, including in the international aspect.
- Supports clients in minimizing risks related to withholding tax (WHT) in Poland, assists in proceedings regarding WHT refund, as well as CIT and PIT overpayments.
- Participates in the implementation of the so-called Estonian CIT model.
- Has experience in the implementation of instruments for effective and safe succession of assets and enterprises, including those based on the institution of a Polish family foundation and foreign law vehicles.
- Provides comprehensive tax support in the field of CIT, PIT, VAT and TCLT in relation to the ongoing activities of entrepreneurs operating in the real estate, renewable energy and FMCG sectors, as well as for asset management and capital market entities.
- Assists in tax settling of cross-border income of HNWIs, managers and highly qualified persons, including within the scope of incentive schemes and copyright costs.
