- Has extensive experience in projects related to the reorganization of domestic and international capital groups, including planning and implementation of international structures, financing and distribution of profits.
- Supports clients in connection with cross-border payments in capital groups – performs tax reviews, e.g. regarding the condition of beneficial ownership and genuine business activity, obtains opinions on the application of preferences, participates in withholding tax refund proceedings.
- Advises also on value added tax, civil law transaction tax and personal income tax.
