Tomasz Michalik tops the Chambers Europe ranking for the 20th time!
In this year’s edition of the Chambers Europe ranking, Tomasz Michalik has been placed in Band 1 – the highest category for tax advisors in Poland – for the 20th consecutive year. This prestigious accolade is a testament to the scale and quality of the projects on which Tomasz advises clients.
Tomasz Michalik’s leading position in the latest Chambers ranking is an objective recognition of our expert’s commitment to the unprecedented cases he handles as clients’ legal representative. Among his recent successes, it is worth mentioning the first Polish tax case heard by the General Court of the European Union (T689/24) and the victory in the Grzera case (C-213/24) before the Court of Justice of the European Union. It is no surprise that in this year’s edition of the report “Polish tax cases before the CJEU 2004-2025”, prepared by the editorial team at LEX, Tomasz Michalik has risen to second place among the lawyers appearing most frequently before the CJEU in tax cases. Tomasz (along with two other representatives of MDDP) has also been recognised in the “50 Most Influential Lawyers” ranking recently published by Dziennik Gazeta Prawna.
