New Partner at MDDP

– Last year was a year of intensive work in a dynamically changing legal environment both for Magdalena Dymkowska and the entire Transfer Pricing Practice. Magdalena Dymkowska – a transfer pricing expert, partner in the Transfer Pricing Practice at MDDP – one of the largest and most frequently awarded transfer pricing practices on the Polish market. She is in charge of implementing transfer pricing projects which concern, among other things, designing models for intra-group settlements, preparing comparative analyses and the so-called compliance descriptions e.g. for manufacturing, distribution, services, finance and licensing activities, as well as preparing transfer pricing documentation. She has broad experience in conducting projects as regards the analysis of restructuring processes in terms of their compliance with transfer pricing regulations, as well as in defending the arms-length nature of intragroup settlements during tax inspections. She was recognised as a Highly Regarded Practitioner in the World Transfer Pricing 2022 compilation prepared by International Tax Review. She is member of the Transfer Pricing Forum, a consultative and advisory panel to the Minister of Finance constituting a platform for cooperation and exchange of views between tax administrations and taxpayers in terms of transfer pricing. She has been a speaker at transfer pricing conferences and seminars. She facilitates trainings and workshops for clients on the practical application of transfer pricing regulations.
