By the end of November 2025, taxpayers are required to submit transfer pricing information to the Head of the Tax Office using the TPR-C form.

The TPR-C form requires the disclosure of detailed information to the tax authorities regarding both the taxpayer and transactions carried out with related parties and transactions involving tax havens. This includes, in particular, the results of benchmarking studies and outcomes of the reported transactions.
