Participates in various projects in the area of corporate income tax, including tax reviews and tax due diligence, and participates in restructuring, reorganisation, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes.
Has extensive practical experience in withholding tax (WHT) issues gained through the implementation of complex international projects involving the settlement of international capital groups.
Acts as an attorney in tax matters both before tax authorities and in court.
Has gained experience in criminal tax cases, where he acted as a defence lawyer for taxpayers or remitters.
Lecturer and trainer who conducts regular and dedicated tax training courses.
