MDDP advised Ghelamco on the sale of the VIBE building
Experts from MDDP Michalik Dłuska Dziedzic i Partnerzy provided tax advisory services to Ghelamco on the sale of the VIBE building to Manova Partners. The transaction, one of the largest office deals in the CEE region in 2025, involved a modern office complex located in the centre of Warsaw, offering 15,000 sqm of office space.
MDDP’s involvement included comprehensive tax advisory services for the transaction, including support in the preparation of transaction agreements and obtaining the necessary tax interpretations. The team was led by Katarzyna Kozakowska with support from Anna Wnuczek.
The VIBE building is a modern, sustainable office complex that perfectly fits into the developing area of Warsaw, located near the Daszyńskiego roundabout. Its sale marks a significant milestone on the Polish office market, and the transaction itself is a major step in the development of the Polish commercial real estate market.
