The reinforcement of the team with nine new Partners in the company’s key business areas is part of its broad growth strategy, which is based on the pillars of the modern economy: digital transformation, green solutions and the human being at the heart of these processes.

In addition to their core specialisations, the new Partners will develop MDDP’s activities in new fields: international cooperation, presence in the regions and expertise in newly-created business needs, i.e. taxation of the digital economy, green taxes, dynamic changes in employment rules and the development challenges of major capital groups.

– The directions in which the world is changing, and with it modern business, require a broad, multi-faceted view of each. These ambiguities create many new opportunities, but also challenges for our clients, as well as for tax advisers themselves, whose role goes far beyond interpreting changing legislation. Understanding the complexity of the topics facing business today, we support clients with a comprehensive range of tax, legal and accounting services to achieve their strategic market objectives both in Poland and abroad. This is possible thanks to MDDP’s day-to-day and ongoing cooperation with the Osborne Clarke law firm, MDDP Outsourcing accounting experts and our foreign partners from the ETL Global network and other leading law firms and advisory firms worldwide,” says Tomasz Michalik, CEO of MDDP Michalik Dłuska Dziedzic i Partnerzy. – Our new partners are experienced experts who perfectly understand the dynamics of these processes and effectively support our clients in them.
